Braja Behari Mahapatra

Mr. Braja Behari Mahapatra is IPS, IAS, LLB, MBA in Port Management from University of Delf, Netherlands and has completed Diploma in Financial Management from IIM, Ahmedabad. He has vast experience in project and port management, administrative functions, arbitration and land matters. He has specialization in Arbitration matters and Negotiable Instruments Act. He was the Ex-Chairman of New Mangalore Port Trust, National Textiles Corporation & National Jute Manufacturers Corporation. He has held various positions as District Magistrate, Commissioner, Principal Secretary in Government of West Bengal and retired as Additional Chief Secretary of West Bengal. He has won various awards including the “Best Port Chairman Award ”&” Udyog Rattan Award”. He functioned as Secretary Human Rights Commission for 4 years and was awarded by a prestigious award from International Human Rights Commission, Sweden.

Runu Ghosh

Runu Ghosh is a retired Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer with an illustrious career spanning over 35 years in various administrative, financial, and planning roles within the Government of West Bengal. Joining the IAS in August 1984, she served in numerous key positions including Secretary of the Industry, Commerce and Enterprises Department; Commissioner of the Public Enterprises and Industrial Reconstruction Department; Joint and Deputy Secretary in the Housing Department; and Deputy Magistrate and Collector in multiple districts. She also served as an election observer in Bihar, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka on behalf of the Chief Election Commissioner of India. Academically accomplished, she holds a First-Class M.A. in Economics from Calcutta University and a First-Class Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Institute of Modern Management, Kolkata. Post-retirement in August 2019, she has continued contributing to public administration as an advisor to recruitment boards under the Public Service Commission of West Bengal. She brings deep expertise in governance, public sector reform, financial oversight, and corporate administration, having held directorships in several state-run enterprises.

Mr. Sunil Jha (Member)

Mr. Sunil Jha is a Chartered Accountant and has also attended Real Estate Management Program at Harvard Business School. He has been associated with the Company since last Twenty-two years and has over Thirty-five years of multidimensional experience in finance, operations and team development. Under his stewardship, the Company has won various awards for its development projects. As Managing Director of the Company, he is spearheading the diversified operations and is leading the Management Team. He has made “Shristi” as a brand which is a name synonymous with infrastructure and real estate business in India. He has created long-term value for the stakeholders of the company and the community as a whole.
